I was very inspired by the coffee culture in Australia and wanted to find out more about the process that goes into crafting that final cup of coffee. That's how I started my coffee journey in 2013.
I did a lot of research on my own and basically started from ground zero. The first few years were a steep learning curve, gaining new knowledge about roasting, brewing, types of green beans grading and much more.
I spoke to many industry practitioners and learned roasting skills from experts in the coffee scene, such as Q-Grader and R-Grader from Brazil and picked up skills from roasters from the well known Market Lane cafe in Melbourne.
